How should to parked the excavator?
When parking an excavator, it is important to remember that when some large and heavy machines are parked, it is very easy to damage the machine or cause an accident. In this blog post, we’ll discuss the proper way to park an excavator, and we’ll also discuss some common mistakes people make when parking these machines.
1. This is a textbook-style stop mode. The excavator's operating instructions are like this. The arm is 90 degrees vertical, the back of the bucket is flat on the ground, and each cylinder is in an unstanding state, and there is no damage to the oil seal of the cylinder. But this bucket cylinder will show a cut! Therefore, in actual operation, in order to prevent accidents, many people have finished collecting the bucket cylinder and letting the bucket stand on the ground.
2. This kind of cylinder oil seal is forced when it stops, and the cylinder is exposed outside, so almost no one is used on the construction site. This is the most common way to park when the excavator is transported. This parking can minimize the height and length of the excavator. It will not be super high and long after loading, which is convenient for transshipment of flat transport vehicles.
3.This parking mode cylinder is all in a contracted state, which is beneficial to protect the cylinder and also to check the hydraulic oil before working the next day. If it is rain or snow, or there are construction operations such as shooting in the vicinity of the construction site, it is recommended that you stop this way to better protect the cylinder of the excavator. If you catch up with the work stoppage or the excavator does not work for a long time, this stop can make the cylinder all in the hydraulic oil, which greatly protects the life of the cylinder.
